Has anyone first hand experience of fitting the ESM #DIF159 differential repair sleeve on a input pinion?
Was it successful ?
Also was difficult to fit correctly on to the pinion?
mine is a poor state so will it need some type of sealant/loctite?
STAY SAFE

Re: diff pinion repair sleeve
It looks like a skf speedi sleeve, I have fitted one of these to a Rover V8 crank pulley and it solved all the leaking issues, they only leave a relatively narrow sleeve behind so getting it in the right place is critical, I used some Loctite underneath it (just some blue threadlock I had already)but to be honest I think it's such a tight fit that it all got wiped off in fitting anyway.
