I have never seen that item available as a separate part.
Has the splined knob come loose on the shaft?
If you can remove the splined knob from the shaft you may be able to rectify the looseness by applying Loctite bearing lock to the parts and reassembling.
The only other way around the problem is to fit a new or used wheel box.

Those are the same on many lucas wiper spindles so here in uk buy a few used ones or cheap NOS wheel boxes off ebay and fit the best one!

If you have a local breakers yard you should be able to find 1/2 dozen in 10 minutes

Whilst you have it removed dont forget to replace the rubber shaft seal (Pt. No. ANK3458) which keeps the water out ....I normally fit Hellerman sleeves as these rubber parts are hard to find new... :D
