How to Paint Sainless Steel Quarter Light?!

Hi All,

Any tips on painting a stainless steel quarter light? I have wet and dry paper and am ready to learn....!!

Basically prepare it the same way as mild steel. Rub it down (wet and dry will do fine if that's what you have) sufficiently to "key" the primer. Then apply a good quality etch primer as the makers instructions. Some etch primers require a further undercoat and some do not but once these coats are completed, you can rub down again (I would do this without water), de-grease and paint in colour.
