Bonnet to wing gap
Can you give me an idea of typical bonnet to front wing panel gaps please. I swapped bonnets and the replacement is fine on the nearside but on the offside I can fit my fingers in the unsightly gap, it's that wide, and the bonnet is also fouling the anti-rattle rubber on that side. Or is it a case of the workers choosing a panel to fit a particular car the best.

Has the new bonnet (or the old one) had the side to side brace repaired, I found out the bonnet springs appart when the welds fail and you have to pull it back together when repairing it.

Thank you, no it looks 'original'. I might just swap them back, I can see the hinge on that side is in a totally different position. Probably a Friday car.
