Doors-window sealing strip

Post by ndevans »

Apologies if this is old news, but I discovered today that the rubber strip that fits in the bottom of the door window, just above the window winder channel, can be removed and replaced with the sealing strip that fits under the door. You have to dig out the old rubber from the channel, but if it's perished that probably won't be difficult. You then may have to open up the channel slightly, but the new strip should feed in fairly easily.
