Traveller reassembly photos

Post by James k »

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had rebuilt the wood on a Traveller and had photos they were willing to share. The more the better!

Thanks in advance,
James

Hi James I replaced the wood on my Traveller a couple of years ago and I was advised to buy the book, Morris Minor Traveller the complete companion by Ray Newell and I was glad that I did.
It is an excellent read and gives detailed advice on how to carry out the replacement.
Morris Minors..... such fun :D

The Morris Motors Ltd Timber drawings are also invaluable...

You get all the dimensions and assembly close up details and screw, sealant and nail types and sizes

Hi,

I've got the book and it is indeed very useful. I was just hoping to get a mix of pictures to get a look at stuff from some different angles.

I've tried finding the Morris Motors drawings online but I can't. Do you know where they are available?

Thanks,
James

Hi James,

I've got quite a few photos which you might find helpful, but don't want to swamp this thread and don't seem to be able to attach them to a PM. If you would like to PM me your email address I'll send them that way.
