workshop manual

Hi all.
Bought an original workshop manual for the Minor. Already owned one, but this one is more recent (1965) with information on the 1098 engine. Unfortunately there is no information on the 1098 stronger gearbox. (When did the factory start using the stronger gearboxes?)
Ideally I would like an even more recent original workshop manual. What year did the production of factory workshop manuals finish?

Cheers,

Rein

I think the newest edition is 1970

All 1098s (Series V) had the ribbed, stronger gearbox. That would be 1963 onwards I think

Thanks Onne.

I will try to find one of the "new" editions. I find the updates useful.

Thanks Wibble.

I often order from ESM. So if it is not too heavy (New Zealand post and package!) something to look into.

Cheers,

I and others on the message board purchased a copy of the manual on cd through ebay some time ago. It wasn't expensive but can't remember whether the seller posted to other than UK. Don't know if they're still around? Found it very useful in that you can print out the page(s) required without using an actual manual with the usually resulting grubby finger marks.
