Fuel sender unit not properly sealing with the top of the tank.
Hole in tank (check for leaks underneath & visually on top of tank)
Rubber filler tube loosly connected to tank and/or filler neck or rubber filler tube split
Tank union leaking (check underneath where copper pipe joins tank).
Unfortunately this involves taking the wooden parcel panels out (I had to drill out the screws on mine as they were rusted solid to the nuts!)
Have a poke about!!
