HEATHER FACIA PLATE DECALS
My interior heater facia plate (1966 model) tatty with light rust etc.
An easy spray paint job but I will lose the decals for the position of the heater selector lever (screen etc).
Does anyone produce the decals, looked online but couldn't see anything.
Regards

Re: HEATHER FACIA PLATE DECALS
When I restored my heater I made the graphics myself. I still have a few sets if anybody needs them in 3 and 4mm as a rub on transfer. I think the originals were 3mm and I only have a few but I could have more made. They will require a coat of clear lacquer or they will of course rub off again.

Re: HEATHER FACIA PLATE DECALS
When trying to remove the plate, unscrewed the two visible screws but plate seemed to be held by something at the top up and under the dash.
Am I missing something ?

Re: HEATHER FACIA PLATE DECALS
There's a third screw at the top which is s real b****r to get out! The one on mine was a bit loose so I managed to get the facia plate off with a bit of wiggling. It got slightly dented but as I was taking it out to replace it with a better one it wasn't an issue. Hopefully someone here will know a simple, easy way to remove the top screw which doesn't involve removing the heater. Good luck!
