Bump stop to body clearannce

Post by MichaelBeck »

Hi

Can anyone tell me the proper clearance from the top of the rear axle bump stop to the body?

Mine looks low but its been so long I don't remember what it looked like.

Thanks

The body to ground level at specific points are the measurement to take.
Measure as per the diagram below:-
The distance between top of the bump stop and the chassis bump stop plate can vary and may not be to factory specification.
You should aim for the distances quoted in the diagram if you want it right.
