What do you have in your tool kit
Just thought it would be interesting to see what everybody has in their Morris Minor tool kits?
Mine is..
A tool roll of 2 screw drivers, pliers, spark plug tool, locking wheel nut tool,
spare set of points and condenser, wheel brace and jack.
Im always trying to keep tools from rattling around so I wrapped them in a towel.

Re: What do you have in your tool kit
Well, as regards toolkits, this is what came with the car when I bought it:-
I was told by the PO that it is a full Morris Minor toolkit but, as I have no real use for it I'm thinking of putting it on eBay - any suggestions as to what sort of sum I should reasonably be looking for?

Re: What do you have in your tool kit
Get you home kit - pliers, screwdriver, a length of wire and gaffer tape
Good home offered for custom splittie
Re: What do you have in your tool kit
A decent pair of water pump pliers - probably the most used tool in my tool kit over the years, from gripping a wide range of items, to pressing in scroll pins, undoing spring pipe clips, etc. That and a set of appropriate spanners, screwdrivers, a selection of cable ties and jubilee clips and a roll of copper wire for binding loose things. All kept in a roll made by my daughter from an old curtain!

A selection of hammers; after all, if you can't fix it with a hammer, it's an electrical problem and for that you'll need a new coil.

Re: What do you have in your tool kit
Quite a bit as I over-prepared for the 2018 Minors on Tour when getting home would have been 1,000 miles.
A spanner for everything up to the eyebolt size, screwdrivers, ignition parts, fuel pump repair kit, fuses, carb springs and float, spark plugs, ignition leads, brake cylinder seals, a brake flexi, radiator sealant, bypass hose and jubilees, a fanbelt, fuel hose, a starter solenoid (new ones seem to die), a heater valve blanking plate, an exhaust hanger and clamp, electrical cable and tape, and CABLE TIES!

Blanking off the heater tap should Include two short 1/2" shouldered bolts (or similar) to block the heater hoses if the tap or one/two heater hoses fail.

Re: What do you have in your tool kit
Most of the above stuff - but includes an ancient 'magic' Ford spanner which will undo any nut that all my other spanners fail to do....I have no idea what size it is (its quite small) but it is brilliant!
