black and white pandas
The only ex police vehicles I have seen are all powder blue and white, but I keep seeing the black and white model version in toy shops?
Where angels fear to tread
Re: black and white pandas
Most forces used the blue or blue and white. Lancashire used black and white, although the white of the models is not really the correct shade. Non panda cars were used for general transport, and could by almost any colour. Prior to Panda, Northamtonshire used all white cars for similar work. Once you start digging, there is no standard and lots of variation!

Re: black and white pandas
Sheffield's Panda cars were all white apparently. Obviously a thrifty Yorkshire money saving exercise....
cheers
