Is that an Early thick flange block Phil - possibly EN40 crank?

I see it's advertised as a mini engine, and he's not sure if it's midget. I can't tell from the photos

The engine no is 12CC - which is early 1275 spridget ;)

The crank doesn't appear to have been cross-drilled. I've a feeling that all EN40B cranks had this done.
