Hub bearing numbers

Post by Phil-tq »

Does anyone know the bearing and oil seal numbers of the front and rear hub bearings please?

I dont want the Morris part numbers, I want the manufacturers part numbers.

If you can help please indicate which maker they are from (eg SKF)

Thanks

Front hub outer - RHP 11/MJT17
inner - RHP 34/6JT25

Rear hub - RHP 6207C3

As far as I know and from the dim distant past RHP = Ransome, Hoffmann, Pollard. (sp?)

Can't help with seals unfortunately.

I just took an old hub apart and I've got 3MJT17 (R&M) and 39LJT25 (RHP) but these are obviously old numbers

The numbers off mine, having just done them are;
Front (Ball type) = RHP 3MJ717 (3MJT17?), RHP 34LJT25
(Roller type) = NTN AT30303 (outer), NTN AT30205 (inner)
Front seal had TC 1.375 2.125 0.375 on the seal. Sorry dont know a number.
Rear = NSK 6207C3
Rear (sealed type) = NTN 6207LLU/2AS (the last 3 characters after the / indicate the type of grease in the bearing)
Rear seal packet had TC 12124 on it. Can't see the seal now, it is on the car.
This is an interesting read; http://www.morrisdownunder.com/forum/vi ... ar+bearing
Be aware that the front roller type uses a different fitting method to the ball type. It has the advantage of giving a setup that is adjustable. I currently have one of each on the front.
