Broadband speed
When you are cursing your normal 8mb+ speed for slowing a bit.....
Remember us country folk!
Just had a test and the fastest I can get here is 0.5 - 1mb
zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
PS Why did the frogspawn in my pond go frothy and disappear? Really!

Hey here's a little ditty from years ago mentioning goldfish. Read it carefully as it does make sense.
A B, C D Goldfish
M N O goldfish
S, D R Goldfish
R, D R Goldfish
Enjoy
BUT, OK you deserved this:
Test for alzheimers:
The following was developed as a mental
age assessment by the School of Psychiatry at Harvard
University . Take your time and see if you can
read each line aloud without a mistake.
The average person over 40 years of age
cannot do it!
1. This is this cat.
2. This is is cat.
3. This is how cat.
4. This is to cat.
5. This is keep cat.
6. This is an cat.
7. This is old cat.
8. This is fart cat.
9. This is busy cat.
10. This is for cat.
11. This is forty cat.
12. This is seconds cat.
Now go back and read the third word in
each line from the top down
I've decided I'll be 100% over this bug tomorrow. Trying mind over matter.
Nite nite one and all.

Hi Dan
If my router was nearer, I'd be sitting on it...
Well, not quite but it's right nearby. Netgear 54Mgps wireless router.
Proximity to the telephone exchange I'm told.
Moles nibbling the cables?

Average broadband speed in Oz is 1Mb. The Federal Government has just announced that it will have every house in Australia wired up to a 24Mb connection in 8 years at a cost of AUD43 billion. I'll believe it when I see it. It took them 100 years to finish the rail line from Alice Springs to Darwin so I'm not holding my breath for the fibre-optic man to come knocking on my door.
