I have now sent e-mails to all those that have booked in for this years MOT-UK giving details of the events organised.

If you haven't received one, sorry you're not on my list.

Cool idea! But during these credit-crunched times, I wonder if those among us counting our pennies might be able to camp along the way instead of forking out for B&Bs? I'd be certainly be interested if that was possible.

Just like MOT abroad, the original idea was to camp, and many of us are. But there are some that quite understandably prefer other types of accomodation. It's simply a personal choice.

Unfortunately it seems that as far as our group is concerned, the chosen campsite is now full. However if you can find another site, you would be very welcome to join in with the various events.

Still another 10 replies needed.

These are required to confirm arrangements. Remember it's now only just over 3 weeks to go.

I don't think I'm very likely to be coming along now; if I do it'll be a last minute day trip. Sorry. Hope the rest of you have a great time! :)

Well with less than 3 weeks to go, and only 5 more non website users to confirm which events they would like to take part in, I must say that I am very happy with the support this first MOT-UK has had.

Hopefully everyone that takes part will enjoy it as much as those that supported the first 2 LEO Runs.

A little while ago I heard a rumour that the new Cumbria branch were intending to join this years MOT-UK at some point, but despite a couple of e-mails I unfortunately did not receive confirmation of this.

I have now read in the latest issue of MM that they intend to join us on Sunday 19th, time unknown?

So my message to them is that you are of course more than welcome to join our welcoming party on the Sunday, but please remember to bring a bottle and BBQ

If someone from the branch could please contact me, I would be more than happy to discuss the the arrangements.
