Hi all, I want to stay with 14 inch wheels on my 64 Minor, too me 13 inch don't look right, does anyone know if MGB Rostyle wheels will fit without clearance problems, thanks.

Re: wheels
MGB wheel stud centres are different, so the Rostyles will not fit. Midget (13") will though, and if you get the 4" or 4.5" wide ones you can fit 165/80x14 tyres that are the same rolling radius as the standard Minor 14" with 145/80X14 tyres.
I think 13" look OK, but I am a little biased!!

I had considered whether to go for wider 14 or 13 inch wheels but a set of five of these were available at a good price, they are 5 1/2 x 13 Midget wheels which I fitted with 175/80/13 tyres which fill the wheel arches nicely and have only a fractionally larger rolling radius than 155/80/14. Series MM hubcaps also fit

Re: wheels
MGB wheels certainly won't fit! The wider 4.5J X 14 late 'van' wheels are ideal - but indeed the wide 13" Spridget wheels do allow wider tyres, but don't be tempted to go 'low profile'. In my opinion Rostyle wheels are ghastly.......could never understand why they were invented!
