I saw this on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/110956057655? ... _571wt_932 and the chap selling it says that the exhaust outlet hole is 35mm. I have a Marina 1300 exhaust manifold and that is also the same fitment. Only difference I can see is the 4-stud carb fitment as opposed to the original 2-stud.
If so, then the Marina 'big-bore' Downpipe conversion (which is sold at the 'Morris Minor' vendors) would fit it to. A bit cheaper than a triple branch but you'd still have to get new exhaust system and not cheap!

Re: mini mayfair manifold
There may be a bit more to it than the size of the hole, the angle and length will both come into play when fitting to a Minor.

Re: mini mayfair manifold
The angle etc of the ex manifold is same for Minor and Mini but I will be surprised if it is 'big bore' from a Mayfair. The inlet section o course still contacts the exhaust - so it has the power robbing hot spot. Not a great idea!
