Yip I bought her approximately a year and a half agoirmscher wrote:Looks nice is it yours
With the intention of keeping it as it was and getting her back on the road again
However as I reflected on my advancing years I thought better to do her just now when I am reasonably fit rather than waiting till I can no longer spend edless freezing days and nights in the garage .
So here we are at the almost half way stage
I will post more pictures soon
Thanks

I may know of a slightly older deluxe 2-door. Friends of mine used to have PKR589, registered March 1953 it was a black car complete with period rear wheel-spats and valve radio. It was in a terrible state last time I saw it in about 1992, when I lost touch with them. They moved from the London area to Shropshire soon after and I believe they sold the car which the DVLA tax checker currently shows as being taxed.alexandermclaren wrote:Probably as far as I can ascertain the only remaining first production (i.e.earliest chassis number)
