Ah I see. I was temporarily absent during that fiasco. Hadn't realised that folks had resorted to 3rd party hosting for that reason.

I'm still having upload issues, I'm extracting zip files to get them!

She hasn't got any wings on yet but the boot lid is on, I'm just filling and sanding the rear arches where the doors open, then I'll re black the inner arches. Just the rear wings to sort and fit the back bumper then.

Arch painted and inner wing re blacked over the stone chip, the weird shape it to fit the weird shaped wing profile! Should look ok with the piping, I've lost the rolled edge but the panels aren't available anyway, other side to finish then I can tidy the rear wings up and bolt them on, waxoyl the box sections until it bursts out and start driving it regularly again.

Over winter I'll go around the entire car touching in all the little bits, I want to remove things like the door strikers and clean them off, everything has been painted over in the past.

You're making a lovely job of that, glad you've also found a way of adding pictures once more. I hope you didn't loose too much of your archive to that accurst site!
Best wishes,
Mike.

This wet weather is holding me up now, only a bit of painting to do and I can sort the rear wings out ready to go on.

Thanks :)

I'm doing my best, there's plenty of bits to do but it was never intended as a show car, wings are in the garage ready to start having the edges sorted out.

Welding in plates to strengthen arches, old holes didn't line up.
