Why Some fuel leak from cabuletor Adjusting nut ? It is a side value engine , a friend of mine .how it repair ?

There are cork gaskets/glands that seal the jet/adjusting nut.
I would suggest that the those parts need to be replaced.

There should be a metal tab attached to the carb with the number i.e. AUC505 or AUC452 of the carb stamped on it.
Post the tab number on here and I will enquire as to what is available for the carb.

Burlen has a new range of "Superdry" carb seals. The MG guys are very pleased with the improvement.

I suspect they are the casting numbers off the carb body.

This is the minimum kit that is required to service the H1 SU carb fitted to the 918cc side valve Morris Minor engine.

It should contain all the gaskets required to cure the fuel leak.
