He's not mentioned the ding in the rim,but has shown it in the piccies , shame he's not get a set of four , or even five...

I guess the price reflects the use of a "mallot". I've searched a number of tool suppliers and just haven't been able to find a mallot anywhere. :-?

All credit for a nice looking finish, but a specialist restorer can offer a fully prepped, painted and balanced wheel for a lower price.

If he spent a whole weekend cleaning and painting one wheel perhaps someone should discretely tell him about sand blasting.
