Unable to reply to pm's - those received in the laat 3wks - those not received a response please email pommreg@gmail.com
Further investigations uncovered it was an inside job!!

Chris, PMs generally working. Can you try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn;t work, then PM/email details of the senders to me and I'll see if I can find anything odd.

Okay for quick replies, long-winded, detailed ones & it times out & I need to login again by which time msg lost

This is because of the inactivity timeout for security. Although you are typing in the browser, you are not transmitting data to the board until you click the <submit> button. Two solutions:
a) If on a private/personal device in a secure setting, that is NOT a public or multi-user device; then when logging in, tick the "remember me" box. This will override the normal security timeout and keep the connection alive. Technically you still logout and get logged back in automatically, but the effect is usually the same.
b) Compose replies offline in Word or similar and then copy and paste into the PM reply. This is my preferred method of working with long replies.

It’s ok having a body number tattoo Chris but what happens when they sell their cars ? Try to talk them out of it, as in years to come it’ll all become a blurred mess anyway.
