This is what I use - Sykes Pickavant locking tool.

There is no need to use both bolt holes - once in place the turning motion of the flywheel tightens the locking tool to the flywheel. The use of one bolt also allows the locking tool to be easily swung out of place if need be.
I also have one of the early Sykes Pickavant flywheel locking tools (see below) as I am a sucker for collecting tools especially those I used way back when I was working in the BMC garage. I had to pay a bit more thane the £2.8.0 though. :-(
