Just to let you know that one of the auction ones was bought by a chap in Yorkshire, who is really chuffed and phoned me tonight! :D

Another one listed on ebay auction now (item no: 171569130372). Requires restoration. 1956. Beige. Registration no: AAS 569 which is a later, re-issued, non-transferable plate. For sale in Princes Risborough.
Do you know of this one?

There were no photos on the listing when I first spotted it. The car doesn't look as bad in the pictures as I was expecting.
Looks quite a decent project doesn't it. I'm almost tempted! Shame the original reg number is no longer with it.
I'm sure that could be brought back to life fairly easily.

According to the numbers, it's a late '54 & one of the first 'update' Series II travellers.

In the past? A friend had one fifty years ago. Sadly he put it through the hedge one night when he should have walked home and that was the end of it. Numbers are long forgotten.

Body number confirms it is a post-production S11 Traveller built in 1959....lol!!
