The relative took several Minors over several years out to Malaysia.
Do any of them still exist?
Best wishes,
Mike.

An interesting read as we are on the subject of garages.
The garage was a blacksmiths before the garage.
The Ernest Haydon as mentioned in the text was the foreman when I did my indentured apprenticeship.

Using the centre post ramp on the right I have serviced many a Minor.

Bill
Thank you
My Minor 2 door saloon WDF 714 was sold by F W Cutts & Co and registered on the 01/01/1958.
She was collected from Cowley and driven back to chipping Campden on trade plates.
When I did my apprenticeship I used to work on and service WDF 714 before I bought her for £152 with 42K on the clock.
She was immaculate and completely standard back then.
Phil

A fantastic link to your Minor and it's history. My apprenticeship was 1968-1973 when was yours if you bought a 1958 car?

Same car, same family owners; uncle (1956) and nephew (2022)

Not exactly a picture, new or old style, but my car still has the supplying dealer sticker in place above the left side glovebox aperture.
