As the rules state...
The Rules wrote: The finished car should not have changed so much that it wouldn't be legally viable as either an Historic Vehicle or a Morris Minor.
Hence the 'no comment', it isn't viable to join the register. OK for parts though

The new owner might be a bit of an outcast, shunned by the MMOC, (probably) shunned by the Ford Capri OC forever to roam the streets unloved ..... unless it could get in as a pickup carrying some Capri spares
