Grrr...
Had a crossthreaded bolt on my rear wing that simply wouldn't undo.
just spent 4 hours sawing it off with a tiny swiss army knife metal saw.
...I think I've now got RSI in my arm! :(

Well Andy 10 out of 10 for effort and endurance I don't know if I could have managed that.
Cheers

Father christmas brought me one of those 'Dremel' type tools, I didnt think it would be up to grinding a bolt head off but three mini grinding/sanding rolls later it worked!
I'll see you on the otherside'!

A really handy thing is a flevidrive for a normal drill.
Great for drilling odd places, but also using small rotary wire brushes.
Its possible to make a mini but very effective grinder cutter too from the worn remains of a 4" wheel and a nice flat headed roofing bolt nut & washer. No guard obviously but dead handy for the odd job 8)

I pulled the wing piping off and then VERY carefully cut the bolt with a 1mm disc in the angle grinder.

Then wrenched the whole dam thing out and repaired it afterwards.
