Where abouts are you, Tim? I might be able to help, if you're local...

If not, you should clip the straps from side to side on the backrest.
Then, place the back padding (straw... :lol: ) against this, and the cotton wool over the top of the frame.
Pull the cover over the top, carefully keeping the padding in place.

You ought to do the base first, but that's pretty much how the back is held together.
