Manchester Branch Summer Rally 23rd May 2010

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Manchester Branch we are holding a rally at The Imperial War Museum Salford Quays from 10:00 on Sunday 23rd May 2010.
Places are limited so please book in advance by contacting Mike Faragher at:

The price is to be confirmed but will include entry to the museum and an introductory talk. There is a cafe on-site.
Across the bridge is the Lowry Centre with a free Art Gallery dedicated to Lowry plus the excellent shopping centre including many outlets (M&S). there are also a range of bars and restaurants available here as well.
A ten minute walk is Old Trafford football ground (know locally as the scrapyard) which has a museum and Manchester United megastore.
In all an excellent venue with plenty to entertain all visitors.
