According to the RAC:

Manufacturer Morris
Model
Body type van - side windows
Colour Blue
Fuel type Petrol
Date manufactured
Number of previous owners 8
Last owner change 17 March 2003

Therefore someone bought it less than a year ago. Probably still in existance. Finding it would be possible if you have a friend in the police who can risk the sack for running a trace...
Other private security 'firms' can also organise that for a nice fee...
Also the LCV Register may have some details on it but I don't know what they are allowed to give away.

In 2001 the owner was Richard Yates from Eccles, the vehicle is a blue morris van listed as good condition. It has a 1275 midget engine and side windows.

no big deal really, the lcv club issue a list of know surviving commercials and slp 181f was there, with a few details. The list features over 50 a4 sheets of survivers and has proved very informative. There is no reason why this could not also be arranged for other variants if there was enough interest.
