I bought this over the weekend via e-bay as a rolling restoration. Biggest things to sort out are the rot in both front sills and the brakes. Not bad after she has been sat in a stable unused for over 5 years.
First thing yesterday was to find out how big the rot problem was so taking a deep breath I started to dig!!!!
This is what I found on one side, which was small compared to the passenger side!

So out came the welder and I fabricated a new front section out of decent gauge sheet. A few hours later it was finished welded to MOT standards.

Just got the other side to do now which is going to be a bigger job and I now remember how much I hate welding upside down!!!
