I am having trouble uploading a picture to use on my signature file. I have followed teh instructions (I believe) in the sticky and browse to a jpeg file, but can't seem to get it to load on my posts.
Any help on what I may be doing wrong?

Re: Sig Picture
Is that Better?
The upload process timed out as the original file was so big... I'll have to look at changing that somehow.

Jon,
Thanks for sorting that out for me - that is great.
Just a suggestion so please don't take this the wrong way, is it worth putting a warning about over sized pics on the sticky? I knew my image was pretty heavy but the sticky was telling me that images are re-sized automatically. My IT skills are limited to say the least and anything more than a "press and guess" is beyond me.
Thanks again for sorting it out.

Re: Sig Picture
They usually are resized OK. Sometimes if the server or the internet is busy the upload takes to long, and the resize doesn't happen. I'll see if I can improve it.

I thought it already was mentioned in the sticky?IanC wrote: is it worth putting a warning about over sized pics on the sticky?
The forum automatically resizes photos to a maximum of 640 x 480 but if your photo will still not load (or you just get a blank screen) it is probably because it is too big so try reducing the size of your photos on your pc before posting.
