Cant upload new sig pic

Hi
Can anyone help, I am trying to upload new sig pic and I cant seem to get it to work, can anyone on the board do it for me . The pic is below[frame][/frame]

won't be able to do it for you, not sure if a mod can.

have you tried deleting everything from the editing box in the 'edit sig' bit. then click 'submit' so you've got no sig at all. then try uploading the new sig?

Tried that and got this at top of page. I see that

is at the bottom of the page as well

what if you delete everything in there again, and this time copy this into its place:

as you had uploaded your picture in this thread, i'm able to get its 'url' source, so rather than upload the picture again, you can link to the picture on here.

the only problem is... it might come out huge...

try it! if it does come out huge, you could resize it on your computer and re-post it on this thread.

It was the 'disable bbcode' check boxes in the user profile on the signature upload. For some obscure reason they got set when I upgraded the software a few years ago!

So what do I have to do to upload new picture

Click:

User Control Panel
Profile
Edit Signature

There should be an 'Options' section below the box where you can type.

If 'Disable BBCode' is ticked, un-tick it and click submit.

Thank you very much Jon , has the glich been fixed can we now alter our own sigs now, its just its a wee bit small and i may want to make a little bigger and put a caption underneath or if you have time can it be done Sorry if I seem ungrateful
