Slacken wheel nuts
Jack the car up from the chassis leg (use wood to spread the load)
Wheel off
Unbolt everything which holds the front half of the wishbone on; tie rod, lower trunnion, front eye bolt nut, etc
Remove the front half of the wishbone
Carefully jack up the rear half of the wishbone
Remove the lower trunnion pin
Let the jack under the wishbone down gently, releasing pressure from the torsion bar
Knock the rear half of the wishbone back along the torsion bar about 3/4 of an inch, any more and it falls off the splines. I use a big rubber mallet.
Undo the now-visible rear eyebolt nut

And replace.

Might be a good idea to replace the top trunnion bushes whilst you are there. Make sure you order a new pin for the eye bolt, the old one will be rusty and horrid.

Whoa there!
Unbolt everything which holds the front half of the wishbone on; tie rod, lower trunnion, front eye bolt nut, etc
Remove the front half of the wishbone
Carefully jack up the rear half of the wishbone
These are in the wrong order, you need to jack up the rear half of the arm until the weight of the car is on it just enough that the shock absorber arm lifts off the lower stop is enough.
THEN Unbolt everything which holds the front half of the wishbone on; tie rod, lower trunnion, front eye bolt nut, etc

You can replace the rubber bushes with Metalastik bushes from your local bearing stockist. They last forever (almost).
Take the eyebolt and fulcrum pin, you need the inside diameter to slide over the fulcrum pin and the outside diameter to slide inside the eye bolt. You may have to cut the bush to the required length

Seconded!
It's a shame they weren't fitted from new.
