Might it be better to take a fee upfront,rather than rely on % of turnover? Do the traders see this as a risk? At least both parties know where they stand.Also an incentive for the club to set lower price ranges for the event,last years coffee stall was in my opinion very expensive
Having paid upfront is a great incentive to turn up .I understand traders are an income stream,but the first priority must be to service the needs of the members/public that turn up and pay an entrance fee
I go to shows,jumbles and events most weekends and have had consistently good food and drinks at both small and large events
