Am logged into the message board but trying to buy some merchandise or log in on my phone, does not accept my login details. Getting very tired of this now, even phoned head office to try and resolve but no joy

Hi, sorry that you're having problems. The messageboard is not the same as the main website. If you go to the home page of the site, there is a login button in the top tight hand corner. The username and password is not the same as your messageboard login, so you may need to register separately or use the password reminder.
Please note that not all merchandise is available on the site, so if you can;t see what you want then please phone the office who can always check stock and take orders. We hope to address these issues in the future to make life easier for everyone.
