Mini Carbs and manifold

Hi I am looking at fitting twin carbs to my moggy, will mini carbs and manifold fit ok. If so what would be the best sort to get, or has anyone got any good useable ones.

The Classic Mini twin 1 1/4" HS2 SU carbs and inlet manifold will fit the Minor.
I would suggest a Marina manifold with the inlet part cut off (with care) and a ESM adapter pipe between the two.
The Classic Mini twin carb 3 branch exhaust manifold is not suitable for the Minor without considerable modification.
If your engine size is either 948cc, 1098cc or 1275cc I consider that a pair of either H4 or HS4 1 1/2" SU carbs on the right manifold is ideal.
The angle of the float chamber is slightly different on a classic Mini (all engine sizes) to those fitted to a Sprite or Midget so you would need the appropriate inlet manifold.
