Bath area. Welder for rear spring hanger replacement

Looking for recommendations, local knowledge, contacts or volunteer for drivers side rear spring hanger repair/replacement which is somewhat threadbare due to actions of tinworm. I live in Bath area but new to it so would welcome some leads.
