Column mounted combined flasher/dip/horn/indicator stalk

Has anyone on here installed a modified stalk for all the titled functions? If so, can I have details?

Don't think it operates the horn, however, although they do sell earlier ones that do:

I haven't ever considered the conversion but I'm pretty sure that the generic stalk in that first link does also actuate the horn as it contains a purple wire - the colour generally reserved for the horn circuit
