master cylinders

Post by phil63 »

I am thinking of going into disk brakes . I understand that the master cylinder will need modifyfing and probably a remote resevoir,

.Looking at the design the fluid feeds into the rear of the cylinder and the air hole is blocked off of course . But does this leave an air pocket at the top? and will this cause a problem when bleeding
Regards Phil

No problem when bleeding, the air pocket is small and at the top so it's far away from the bottom of the original reservoir...
