Very sad day my doctor/specialist says i have macular degeneration due to diabetes
I will now have to have regular eye test my doctor says im ok at present but be prepared to stop driving in the next 6 to 12 months gutted.
Looks like i may have to sell my lovely Traveller only just got used to it really just started my retirement too.
I shouldn't moan really could be worse my general health is otherwise very good.

Sorry to hear your news. I wonder how many miles you can put on the Traveller in 12 months?

Sad to hear your news; perhaps the Doc is wrong and you've got much longer. They can only make an informed guess after all.
Meanwhile, you deserve to drive it as much as you can afford.... :tu1:

Sorry to hear of your diagnosis. Reminds us to get out and enjoy the world. Hope you have plenty more adventures and memory making trips in your Traveller before you feel the need to stop driving.

Sorry to hear that Nettie, what a cruel start to your retirement. Your positive attitude is great to read though. I hope you get a lot of enjoyment out of your Traveller, for as long a period as possible.
