Timing Marks at the top

Post by exlkrs »

Just changing to a Duplex set up, struck me to slap a set of timing marks at the top. Anyone care to share their preferred approach if they have done it? Regards, Chris

Get the timing marks lined up and then paint new marks on the timing chain cover and crankshaft pulley rim. There is no need to go overboard on the timing marks.

But if you do want to go overboard... :D
There are a few photos in earlier threads showing a very nice setup made by Declan Burns.
