Can anybody help to find my first love

By way of chance, i found out that my barn find first car- Morris 1000 - UHV 532, when i was a fresh faced Apprentice Mechanic (nearly 40 years ago) appears to still be on the road.
Is there anybody out there that may know who owns it now that could put me in touch, the cars holds such fond memories for my wife and I as we spent our youth travelling around in it.

Contact the Club's office in Derby. If the current owner is a member of the club then the office will be able to pass your details to the owner. If you do meet up, then it would make a good article for the Club's magazine "Minor Matters".

Thank you for the reply, when i contacted the club they did check and it is not listed against any of your current members.

You could also try posting in the MMOC Facebook group. There are many people on there who are not actual members of the club.

It is my birthday today by chance. I was given my Morris Minor by my parents 36 years ago today when I was 17! I still drive it most days including today of course. I will drive it today with the roof down even if it is raining (well not if it is pouring with rain).
