Can you please advise if the heater hoses through the bulkhead are half inch please.

The I.D. of the heater hose that goes through the bulkhead is 1/2".

Unless you have got an upgraded heater, in which case they may be 5/8. Easy to recognise as typically have reducers to take them back to half inch to connect to the tap and metal return pipe.

It's actually the same I.D as standard garden hose so it means you can connect a garden hose to the heater tap if you want to flush out the block.

If you buy the hoses from ESM they are silicone, excellent quality and look original too.

I have just replaced mine with a new set fro ESM. Excellent set. It was a bit fiddly under the dash but I did it OK. Use good quality Jubilee clips.
1969 Traveller in Almond green. Owned since 1979.
