Headline saying Invalid Session

Post by MikeNash »

I've just pressed the SUBMIT button to send a posting to a thread and instead of submitting I get an Invalid Session sign. What have I done wrong? And what does it mean? Regards, MikeN.

System glitch I'm afraid. It happens from time to time. I have had it myself. I presume it's OK now?

It's taken to doing that since the last big hack - not usually so long after the last time one posted...

Actually Mike, we moderators can only edit, adjust and delete text. We have no control over system activities. It's the admin duo that do that (Billy and Andrew).

Mike,

Ages ago I had the exact same problem using MS. I had to do the same thing (copy text to word before sending in case it got lost). Using Mozilla or Opera instead of MS cured it. I think it's something to do with your computer's settings but I never worked it out! :-?

Yes, I get the invalid session, usually after typing a long and detailed rant about something ;) I thought it was the system trying to contain my natural desire to be controversial and air my view even if against the prevailing tide of opinion:) ;)
