any info on when this would be built or the history of tractor building
found it in Drumore harbour

I once saw a Nuffield tractor with a 918 side valve engine.
I would have thought that it was worth restoring as there are very few Nuffields around, unlike Fordsons and Fergys

Possibly a Nuffield 460 built 1961-63. From 62 they were built at Bathgate.

I expect it'll be a very nice alternator, and not all corroded and horrible from being exposed to the elements at all... :-?

I used to collect vintage tractors and Nuffields never used have any brakes. :x
By the way the left hand tyre looks pritty good a couple of hundred quid new.There are plenty of collectors who would probably restore this tractor . Or at worse use for parts .
