A letter in the Daily Mail today, moaning about the costs of modern motoring.
The writer complains about the cost and difficulty of basic jobs. e.g. On some models, the wheel and inner wheel arch have to be removed to change a bulb, removing a front wing to get to the alternator, and the problems of clutch/flywheel assemblys.
He finishes with .......
"I predict the day will eventually arrive when someone will produce a basic car. For me that day can't come soon enough".
Well, I think most of us can prvide a solution to his problem.
The answer to this is obvious.......
