Well she used to burp and pop and crack and she doesn't anymore, without having touched anything else than the alternator :wink:

I've got to admit the idle is a lot smoother, far fewer rattles as I sit in the traffic :roll:

Maybe just because the idle timing has been set more accurately......

Much neater, but where does the 'elephants trunk' go on you car?

It looks like yours has been renewed at some time and probably to short to fit on the inner wing, but it looks fine to me.
