What Colour Am I?
Hi All,
really sorry to ask another colour question but I was just wondering what colour this would be as the identification plate's colour has been worn off! The car was resprayed the original colour 7 years ago but the previous owner has been a bit slow providing me with paperwork for nearly everything (I'm still waiting for the engineers cert for the mods!)
Please ignore the owl! it was a christmas present!

Re: What Colour Am I?
I would suggest as its a 61 car that its porcelain green, a colour that wasnt used for very long. The first picture looks daker more like sage green but the others are lighter looking
Too many Minors so little time.....
Re: What Colour Am I?
I'd agree with David, my first thought were porcelain green.

Thanks so much for the really nice comments guys..
my wife and I decided to sell the pink moggie http://mollythemoggie.blogspot.com/ as we found alot of rust in the seams in the roof and through the floors upon initial investigation.. what this let us do was go moggie hunting! we ended up coming across this one.. we were looking for a daily driver and my wife (WHAT AN AMAZING WIFE! xx) decided to buy it for me as an early Christmas present!
1960 4 door
Toyota T50 5sp
Datsun 1200 engine
Front & Rear Telescopics & booster assisted discs.
I need to sort out a flat spot with the carb! the previous owner got the carb kitted etc to try and fix the problem but alas..
we're based in sydney australia and someone seems to think it may be silverpine green.. but am unsure so i thought id ask on her

Re: What Colour Am I?
I'm pretty sure that there were variations between Minors assembled in Britain, and Australia/NZ.
I would ask around on Morris Down Under for clarification.
Very nice car by the way!

Wow that looks really good.
Are those Van/Pick-Up wheels? (jealous because I don't have a set). Can you let me know what size tyres are one them?

Re: What Colour Am I?
Certainly looks like Porcelain Green to me as well - we have a 1961 (tiny bit visible in my post pic)
They originally came with a Beige interior and green carpet. Only about 340 made in 18months.
